THE 16 WEEK PRACTITIONER TRAINING PROGRAMME

This online programme equips you with the tools, materials, online resources and skills that will enable you to work with clients struggling with their relationship with food. The unique FPC Method brings together techniques and tools from a range of disciplines including CBT and other psychotherapeutic approaches, hypnotherapy and mindfulness, neuroscience and nutrition.

You can work through the material at your own pace and will receive accreditation as a Food Psychology Coach and practitioner of the FPC Method at the end of the course. You can then market your services as a Food Psychology Coach and help your clients to change their relationship with food for good.

This 16 week online course in food psychology will enable you to completely transform your client’s relationship with food. The course comes with: videos, hypnotherapy recordings, worksheets and exercises for use with clients, reading materials and range of practical tools that you can start implementing immediately.
