The Food Psychology Clinic uses a range of techniques to help you to make permanent changes.
The majority of clients are able to completely resolve their issues around food in 3 sessions.
The recommended initial treatment course is one 90-minute session, followed-up with two 60-minute sessions, spaced 2-3 weeks apart.
