Equipping you with tools to enable you to thrive

All of of the talks and workshops are focused on equipping you with the practical tools that you need to manage both your mental and physical health.  Each session is designed to be entertaining, engaging and interactive - I aim to leave you feeling uplifted and inspired after the session and equipped with a tool-kit to help you manage your own mental and physical health for the years to come.

Nutrition and Eating Psychology
