WEEK 1: Change How You Think About Alcohol
In the first week of the programme you will learn how you can start to think about alcohol in a different a way. By also focusing on why you want to make changes to your relationship with alcohol, we also build up your motivation to change you drinking habits.
WEEK 2: Managing The Urge To Drink
In this second week we will help you to manage the urge to drink alcohol and to feel in control when you are around alcohol.
WEEK 3: Making These Changes Last
We further boost your motivation to make changes to your relationship with alcohol in week 3 as we look at some of the reasons people often don't succeed in rebuilding their relationship with alcohol (and what you can do instead) and some of the harmful effects of alcohol.
