8 Week Online Programmes to Transform Your Relationship With Food and Wellbeing

We offer a selection of 8-week transformation programmes to help you to resolve your issues around food and to transform your health over the course of 8 weeks. You also have ongoing access to each programme for 6 months. Each programme uses our unique eating psychology method FTCM® which combines hypnotherapy, psychological techniques, nutrition principles, behaviour change tools and more to help you to shift your mindset around food. Once you change your mindset around food, your habits and behaviours around food will also transform too. 

 

It is important to us that you are fully supported throughout these programmes and that you have the accountability you need to see lots of positive changes to your health and wellbeing. We monitor your progress as you work through these interactive programmes and you are encouraged to reach out to us once a week with questions, thoughts and updates on your progress as you transform your health and relationship with food.

BINGE-EATING AND OVER-EATING TREATMENT PROGRAMME

Stop binge-eating and rebuild your relationship with food

An online transformation programme to help you to rebuild your relationship with food, lose weight, stop binge-eating and over-eating, stop eating to cope with your emotions, feel great mentally and physically and to feel more confident. Through this programme you will stop worrying about food and be able instead to just get on with enjoying your life.

SUGAR RE-SET PROGRAMME

Reduce your sugar consumption and feel more in control of your food choices

An online transformation programme to help you to rebuild your relationship with sugar, reduce your free-sugar consumption, find new ways to cope with your emotions and to feel more in control around sweet foods. This online programme empowers you with the tools you need to build a relationship with sugar and sweet foods that you can sustain for the long-term.

Stop fearing eating new foods and enjoy a varied diet

An online transformation programme to help you to stop feeling so anxious around certain foods, feel curious and confident to try new foods again, be comfortable going out to eat and socialise around food and to stop fearing unpleasant side-effects from eating certain foods.  We help you to overcome the psychological block or fear of the texture/taste/temperature of certain foods that has prevented you from trying new foods and having a more varied diet.

Feel good in your body 

An online transformation programme to help you to rebuild your relationship with your body, to feel more confident; shift your beliefs about yourself; nurture self-compassion; stop unhelpfully comparing yourself to others and start believing in yourself and your potential. Through this programme you will be reconnecting with your body and learning to feel good about yourself and your body so that you have that drive to want to nurture and nourish your body.

What Is Included

An inter-disciplinary approach that can enable you to make lasting changes

In each 8 week transformation programme you get the tools, support, accountability and resources to allow you to transform your mental and physical health.  Each programme includes: 

Weekly animated videos exploring tools that you can use to transform your mental and physical health in an interactive and light-hearted way.

Weekly missions which over the course of the 8 weeks will help you to build new habits and change your mindset.

A weekly hypnotherapy recording set to relaxing music for you to shift your mindset and bring about changes in your behaviours.

Quizzes and surveys for you to learn in an interactive and fun way.

Personal support from a therapist that will monitor your responses to questions in the programme and your progress through the programme.

Email support throughout the programme as you are encouraged to email your therapist weekly as you work through the programme.

Ongoing access to the programme for 6 months - whilst the programme is designed for you to complete in 8 weeks, you can work through it at your own pace and revisit the materials as often as you need to in this 6 month period.

Weekly reading materials filled with resources, tools and knowledge to help guide your journey to happiness and great health.

How You Can Transform

Worrying about food, your body and your weight can feel like a constant battle and struggle.  You may have spent years feeling out of control around food, turning to food to cope with emotions or finding yourself over-eating or binge-eating regularly.  Or perhaps you have spent a lot time feeling anxious around food and nervous to eat the foods that you know will support your wellbeing and long-term health. These online programmes are designed to free you from that constant struggle and battle with food.

allow you to experience hypnotherapy and work through other psychological techniques in your own time and at your own pace
