Welcome - I am Uxshely, a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and registered nutritionist. WEEK 1: Why You Can Feel So Out Of Control Around Food

In the first week of the programme you will learn what is driving your binge-eating/ over-eating and some practical steps you can take straight away to feel more in control of your food choices.

WEEK 2: From Deprivation to Nourishment

As you begin to feel more in control of your food choices, you will then learn how to think about food in a way which means you can achieve great health without feeling guilty or deprived.
